Thoughts and Feedback
This large-scale roofing project for a local Oxfordshire property developer required traditional roofing techniques to match the surrounding Cotswold stone aesthetics and to meet strict roofing council regulations.
We were instructed to use a Winchcombe roof tile for the pitched elevations with a traditional mortar ridge and verge detail. There were also several flat roofing sections within this development for which we were instructed to use a single-ply membrane.
