This project was part of a four plot development in Stonesfield, Oxfordshire for a local property developing company.

Thoughts & feedback
We were instructed to use Bradstone roof tiles on the pitched elevations on the main houses with a dry ridge system to comply with the NHBC regulations for new build property’s. We also used a Spanish blue slate on each plots garage with a lead dormer to help give each plot a subtle contrast with the help of using different materials.
